4. Payments & Fees
All transactions made through SayNeed's payment gateway are secure. However, SayNeed will not bear liability for any financial transactions made outside the platform. Fees for memberships or premium services may be non-refundable.
5. Modifications to Terms
SayNeed reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Significant changes to the policy will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications.
